The Process
You are involved in every step of the process.
While we are working, I tether my camera to a larger screen so that you can see the images as we are making them. They aren’t perfect, yet, but you will be able to see the lighting, composition, background, and your facial expressions. We will make adjustments to get all of the elements right, and we will keep working until we are sure that we have a headshots that you love.
Some of you will want to make a decision right then (and, not think about it for one more second), and some of you will want to review the images at a later time. We can work either way—you can either select an image during our session, or I can create a private gallery for you to review at your convenience.
After you select your image(s), your image is professionally retouched, and output in two versions: a file that is ready for your online uses, and a file that is optimized for physical printing.
The Location
A staged listing works really well as the background for Real Estate Agent headshots, but we also have other options. If you want a clean white or gray background, I can bring portable lighting gear to work in the lobby or conference room at your office, or you can come to my studio in Alameda, CA. We can also work outdoors at a local park, in a downtown area, or other location.
The Posing
I’ve spent years refining my posing process, and am confident that it works with even the most camera shy of subjects. Regardless of if you feel comfortable in front of a camera, or not, we will show off your best, confident self in your new headshot.
The Financials
Let’s focus on the photos on shoot day, and we’ll focus on the payment at another time. Please don’t bring money to a photo shoot. I will send an invoice that has a range of payment options.
I offer group discounts if there are two or more at the same location/time using the same lighting and background. Get your colleagues, and everyone saves.
